	6:07pm -Ken: Evening all! Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by a cop, and a cop was killed with a fire extinguisher. Another rioter was trampled to death when she fell to the ground. Two other rioters, it's unclear, but the guy who supposedly "tased himself in the balls" did not in fact do that. He did die of a heart attack but it's unknown what the details of his heart aattack were.

It would just go without saying, which is irresponsible reporting. Some stories characterized Trump's failure to call off the rioters as incitement. That's a stretch, legally speaking. I worry when the reporting fails to explicitly connect dots that must be connected to support state prosecutorial action. And watch it with "treason," as it has a specific constitutional provision: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court."

	6:07pm -Ken: Evening all! Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by a cop, and a cop was killed with a fire extinguisher. Another rioter was trampled to death when she fell to the ground. Two other rioters, it's unclear, but the guy who supposedly "tased himself in the balls" did not in fact do that. He did die of a heart attack but it's unknown what the details of his heart aattack were.

It would just go without saying, which is irresponsible reporting. Some stories characterized Trump's failure to call off the rioters as incitement. That's a stretch, legally speaking. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court."
