one thing i thought curious when i was living with my 2nd one is that the days after i drank rum my hernia was not evident. i looked into it and found that sugar cane, the source of rum, contains lots of manganese. the nutritional cure was partially blackstrap molasses. (sugar cane)

Two inguinal hernias here - one when I was 9 from pulling another kid around in a wagon, the other years later from reasons unknown. Have been told I have poor connective tissue but would be interested in nutritional repair.
When I was a kid I was in the hospital for several days, now it's outpatient and they keep you awake so you can cough and stuff! Sounded barbaric but it was fine.
Handy, my doctor told me that people who drink two drinks a day live longer than people who drink one drink a day. So it is written, so it shall be done.

coelacanth∅:
initially:
1 tablespoonful blackstrap molasses in a cup of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice. i forget how much was recommended at first. ultimately i just squeezed some in, maybe 1/3 of a lemon's worth.
did this morning and evening. after a few years i grew to hate it (i liked it first) and started taking manganese supplements. once/day. kal makes a good one.
also i did inverted sit-ups, or slantboard sit-ups.
made sure to not overeat. made sure to never be blocked-up in my intestines.
David (in London):
Later electro-groovers.
Stanley:
Thanks once again for a very entertaining show, not to mention the lively and diverse chat, Great stuff guys.
