TDK: It's about the Arauco war, an uprising by the Mapuche in Chile against Spanish rule. The album came out in '82, but since it seems the songs were recorded earlier, I'd guess that it's motivated at least in part by the Pinochet coup. I'll do a translation once I'm caffeinated enough and email it if you want.

Ike: My stepmom has Crohn's, it's a horrible condition. She's lucky if she can keep herself at 100 pounds. She told me once that a normal morning is one where she only has to go to the toilet six times in the first hour after waking up. She has to know where the bathrooms are everywhere she goes. She's always carried on like a champ though.
