Comment: This episode of the Dusty Show concerns two separate OWS protests. I headed to Credit Suisse at 24th and Madison in Manhattan (6:30 am, Weds. Nov 30th, 2011) where Aviation Week and Credit Suisse were holding their 17th annual Aerospace & Defense Finance Conference. According to OccupyWallStreet.org, 'These war profiteers export death in the name of defense.' A later rally against militarism occurred later that afternoon. OWS protestors marched from MAdison Square Park, through Times Square to 51st Street and 7th Avenue, where they awaited President Obama's passing motorcade. The President was in NYC on a fundraising trip.

Comment: There were a few glitches at the beginning of this episode. Actually, do to a DJ error (imagine that!) the first 16 seconds of the show were omitted. My kind friend Liz Berg was nice enough to splice it back in for me, though there is a notable difference in volume levels that occurs (my fault, too). There also seems to be the unexplained drop-out or two, and places where I forgot to dub in a sound when somebody swore. I guess I should point out that I recorded all of this audio (over 3-hours worth) the day before this show was to air, so I had to edit out a ton of material.

Comment: The show was suppose to end after this interview and then I was going to play a record until Night People started. Unfortunately, in my tired, sleepless stupidity, I forgot to play the record. Luckily ... Public Enemy's 'Fight The Power' was on the cassette from an earlier show I taped over.

Comment: That's it for another Dusty Show. Does anybody read these things? I wonder sometimes. If you read this, email me and say - I read it Clay. dusty@wfmu.orgAnother Occupy Wall Street Show. Back in September, I never would have imagined I'd have done so many of these. I keep getting drawn back into it, it's so compelling to me. I hope you are still out there listening. Please check in and give me your thoughts. I'd appreciate it. Until next time my friends, thanks for your continued support. You are the 99%. Support your Local OWS. Always Remember ...
