It's called To My Great Chagrin: The Unbelievable Story of Brother Theodore.
It's not very good. Just a jumble of clips of him and some interviews with people. A capable filmmaker could do a better job of it, I felt.

I flipped when they did a reissue of that Zos Kia and Coil release a couple of years ago. The Nekrophile cassette label was a dark fav I had 3+ decades back.
