Dave Bombay:

Good call Ausmanx! I havent had the pleasure yet, but I'm hoping they swing through NYC if they tour for this record.

ausmanx:

i last saw them supporting Goat, and they were heaps better than the headliner... then again, Tame Impala used to be that good, and look what's happened to them!

Darn, I only just tuned in and heard I missed Radiohead. Will have to check that new album out. 'Burn the Witch' sounds good live but for some reason I thought it was awful with the music video? I mean, great Trumpton homage, but clashed with the music, I felt.

Spent many overnights spinning the blues at a university radio station, always loved the twists and turns on what some call " a simple 12-bar blues." Ha!
Avatar 5:23am
Dave Bombay:

Indeed! The rest of this guys contempo blues album is good

Does anyone know what name this kind of blues/ jazz has??? It sounds like the Black Books theme too. I love it but can't pin it down at all?
