	🦀 ♥ 10:04am doctorjazz: I remember seeing CT at a now defunct in the Village...he had gotten a fabulous write up in the Times, stressing how it was no longer a sonic assault, he now played soft, quiet sections as well. Well, there was a line around the block, I thought I surely wouldn't get to see him, but the line kept moving, and we got seats. What I realized after a few minutes was, while he indeed did add softer sections to the music, THEY WERE JUST AS DISSONANT AS THE LOUDER SECTIONS, and the reason I got seated was that most people sat for 5 minutes, then got up and left! (was good for me, though).
