I've said this elsewhere. The one and only realistic chance I see of a turnaround is if the trend begins to affect -- I mean *really* affect -- the US tourist trade. If foreign visits to the US drop off by 90% and it's very clear that the drop-off is due to overseas fear of gun violence, then maybe -- *maybe* -- Congress will grow a spine.
