Avatar 3:17pm bobdoesthings:

or till he breaks and back announces..
  3:21pm JakeGould:

Bill does tons of 45s. No time for typing. Good things come to those who wait. Every good boy likes fudge. Forget it P-90, it’s Chinatown.
  3:24pm P-90:

Of course he back-announces...
  3:25pm MarkDenler:

Breaking All the Rules"...a true rock & roll sentiment, of which Teenage Wasteland exemplifies every week!

This is the good stuff !
  3:35pm ?????:

Chuck Berry's 1964 "No Particular Place to Go" was a rip-off of 1958 Jimmie Rogers "Take Me To Your Leader"?
  3:39pm ?????:

correction: Timmie Rogers "Take Me To Your Leader"

The musical gestures of the Stones in all their guises. Nice.
  4:35pm Tornado:

Hey guys, I'm wondering if you recall Playing with the Recruders and seeing its Recruder Stew CD cover, since there's a remarkable resemblance in name and look to your Hot Beat Stew Cover .

- great Thx !
  6:17pm more copying cats:

1957 El Dorados "Boom Diddie Boom" has guitar lick of 1957 Bill Justis instrumental "Raunchy" - or vice versa
1966 Bugs "Pretty Girl" refrain has music from 1960 Shadows instrumental "Apache"
  10:56am ?????:

Solved: Twas the music of Chuck Berry's 1957 “School Days” that was the basis for Chuck Berry's 1964 “No Particular Place To Go” and Timmie Roger's 1958 novelty “Take Me To Your Leader.”
Timmie Roger's bio and video playlist show he recorded from the big band 1940's era to the likes of 1973's “Super Soul Brother.” In addition he's known as the “forgotten black comedian pioneer.” His facial expressions and “Oh yeah!” catchphrase were dyn-o-mite, but his material on the posted TV clips not so strong. They state he was a pioneer for in the era black comedians had still all worn blackface and did not speak directly to the audience.
  11:00am News from Norway:

Norway ceasing FM radio in 2017! So that 3rd party providers know what everyone is listening to, I bet.
  8:43pm Secret satellite radio DJ:

The Norwegian equivalent of our Federal Communications Commission should consider satellite radio as an option if they're actually doing that. It beats the sh*t out of AM for musical clarity.
