Did Wally borrow the bike from his pal Marlon?

"Have no fear. Underdog is here!"

Wally Cox starred in a short-lived 1956 TV series, The Adventures of Hiram Holliday. He played the part of a meek and mild-mannered newspaper proofreader !

Rex where does the crawdad holin sample come from?
Avatar 1:57pm fleep:

And Los Angeles logged on just in time to hear it. Nice.
  1:59pm Yummy:

Who thinks Rex should table a Lawanda side?...show of hands
Avatar 1:59pm Andy in Berlin:

I remember this Wally Cox routine from Mad Magazine when I was a kid. Duffo, What A Crazy Guy!

Rex, I'm one of your Los Angeles comrades!
  2:18pm aido:

Lawanda had a mouth on her would send sailors running home to Ma. Rex would be yanked from the air.
  2:20pm ScottC:

@Andy In Berlin: That "Dufo" routine is great! I always thought that that was John Belushi from the National Lampoon Radio Hour. That's where I first heard "Dufo" as NLRH would play older bits.
  2:20pm Yummy:

but what a way to go out !
  2:34pm Yummy:

Rex should lock himself in the studio with a teetering stack of Lawanda and Skillet an Leroy, Redd and the rest ...and make history !
Avatar 🌮 Swag For Life Member 2:40pm Ken From Hyde Park:

@Yummy - Other DJs use a studio. Rex uses a fur-lined fallout shelter miles below the earth's crust. Otherwise, that is an excellent idea.
  2:42pm Yummy:

I think some of those Skillet and Leroy covers were shot in a fur-lined something or other....do ya think maybe...
Avatar 2:51pm Scott C.:

Peter Marshall: "Wally, within two years, what is the lifespan of the average pig?"
Wally Cox: "I don't have an 'average' pig."
  2:56pm Yummy:

Peter Marshall: "Paul , What is the most common occupation of former hookers?" Paul Lynde: "Smuggling" (just contribbitin)
  3:01pm Yummy:

nice recovery
  9:53am Pete Wentz:

Neil Coffin and the Pall Barers were from Cleveland, Ohio This stuff was cut in 1962 and was unreleased.
  6:10am white lightning records:
