Hmmmmm, I was down with Spiceiam in Surrey Hill, Sydney --- Thai excellence beyond ---- I stayed in Marrickville and had great Viet - in Tahiti I got pretty enamoured of the vanilla-y Tahitian ginger sauce they put on seafood and gotta figure out how to make it.
