  9:37am paul:

Favorite line from that movie was Keith saying "Chuck Berry has given me more f*ing headaches than Mick Jagger"
  9:39am paul:

  9:48am paul:

  9:49am Seminal:

Go Bears!!
  9:52am paul:

Great music, sports and German punctuation lessons. Where else will you find that combo but here?
  9:52am paul:

And film.
  9:53am Seminal:

here it is: ein bißchen
  9:53am Scott:

Pretty interesting to hear the talented but unscrupulous Danny McCulloch, who tarnished his career in the '90s by touring with a bogus version of The Animals and then producing gad-awful counterfeit recordings credited to the Animals, Byrds, Steppenwolf and Mott the Hoople for various bargain-basement labels.
  9:57am Dave:

Joe Beck was from my native Connecticut. He use to play a small club in Brewster occasionally. When he jammed the musicians would say "Hey Joe what key do you want to play in" and he'd say he didn't care. He was that good.
  10:00am SmokinJ:

I love this cat!
  10:02am Looms:

Nice set!
  10:03am Seminal:

yes, nice set and Saturday.. snowing
  10:04am Dave:

Bob B just never plays a bad cut.
  10:06am Seminal:

why have I wasted my life listening elsewhere? WFMU is bringing me out of my funk. No more meds??
  10:13am The Immoral Mr. Teas:

Good morning from snowy and cold New Hartford, NY (right next to Utica). I enjoyed your musings about Utica and Syracuse, I've always lived right here between them. Utica somehow is STILL dying, in case you were wondering. Only one used record store left at this point.
  10:15am Seminal:

Is that the Utica with a prisoner revolt?
  10:15am paul:

I lived in Syracuse the first 6 months of my life. I'm not saying I'm old, but Jim Brown was playing football there at the time. True story.
  10:16am paul:

That was Attica.
  10:16am Seminal:

oh sorry, my bad...
  10:17am Dave:

@The Immoral - I lived in New Harford in the spring of 1972 for about 2 months. Worked at Vernon Downs as a groom.
  10:18am paul:

Just watch Dog Day Afternoon :)
  10:22am paul:

A BB show without NRBQ? I guess there's still time.
  10:35am paul:

The dude liked his white russians.
  10:38am paul:

Now, it's an official BB show. Thanks.
  10:40am Dave:

Gotta watch those White Russians like George de Mohrenschildt. They can get you in a lot of trouble. Just ask Ozzy.
  10:57am paul:

is that PJ O'Connell?
  8:45am JB:

Just got the new Spampinato Bros. CD...all killer stuff. Thanks for hipping me to that.
