  6:08pm Dave Heasman:

Hi Bob, that Spirit song isn't "Water Woman". I think it's "Girl In Your Eye".

I recall it because I put together a "Name That Tune" on a suicide theme in 1990, the week Stevie Marriott died, and chose "Water Woman" for the "Think I'll go and drown myself" line. Which isn't in the song you played.
  12:56pm Bob Brainen:

Thanks Dave, you're right.
I had "Girl in your eye" in mind all the time.
I wonder what I actually accounced?
  1:24pm Bob Brainen:

And I wonder what I actually ANNOUNCED!!
Duh.

Water Woman sure sounds like a 'borrowed' old trad song, doesn't it? A sea shanty or something.
  6:37am dave heasman:

You announced "Girl in your Eye". I jumped in after I'd heard the track and read the playlist but before I heard the announcement.
