The command records album covers used to always say “demand command.“ So that’s what I do. Everywhere I go, I demand command. I wish people would listen to me!

it's weird how i would also find tons of cheap exotica/Command/etc records here in LA, but New Yorkers would say, oh wow, a Martin Denny album. Those are real expensive here.

The Record Fair seems like they have pretty good prices, tho...

I was at a record fair in Germany last week near Köln. It was very family friendly and not a lot of heads. Perfect setting. Also, I just love Germany.

If there's ever a Vol 2 of this:
en.wikipedia.org...

we can add that Peter Drake track.

Oleh from Pittsburgh:

Mr Fab. It is a regional thing, i guess . In LA I hear the thrift stores, for example, never have any cool rarity for long. New York is a go go but everything’s priced high and is devoured just as quick. The kids into records want their Led zeps, Rush etc. Those are more rarely around. I have found all my Martin Dennys locally for a buck or less. And not gouged.
  4:53pm
Soul Club Coffee:

@Oleh from Pittsburgh For some reason the Command stuff I've found has often been in cleaner condition than Martin Denny stuff.
