The tour was tiring (lots of driving, plus high-energy gigs in over 30 C heat with no air conditioning) but a real blast. We're based in Tampere, Finland (hence my moniker), took the ferry from Helsinki to Travemünde, and played in Düsseldorf, Bielefeld Frankfurt (twice), Bamberg and Minden. Everywhere we went they want us back. Even ran out of the copies of Krautbilly Freakout that we took with us.

Also did an outdoor show at my friend's apple wine farm in Frankfurt and brought some back, plus visited a truly amazing small distillery (mostly fruit and some nut and herb brandies) and also stocked up

tt's similr to cider, but usually drier, and not usually carbonated - and sugar is never added to the pressed juice. It's the standard drink in and around Frankfurt
