I like the medium aged (Blue Label) for grilled cheese ... the aged is almost like a parmagian and the young is almost like a Monterey (found in Dipaoloa's Grand Street)... I have been away from NYC (or in and out).. The original Saxelby in old Essex was my spot .. they have gone to Chelsea MKT ... I must go and say hello ... 	8:57pm Gerry from Miami: Haven't heard any Lothar and the Hand People in 50 years! "Standing on the Moon" got quite a bit of airplay in El Paso, Texas, when I was at Fort Bliss. We had landed a man on the lunar surface that summer and Lothar took my mind off the daily drudgery of learning Vietnamese.
